1. Can I return my product if I change my mind?
Due to the natural and small-batch nature of our products, we do not accept returns once items have been opened or used. We hope you understand this helps us maintain quality and sustainability.

2. What if I made a mistake or want to cancel my order?
No worries! You have 24 hours from placing your order to cancel. Just email us at hello@beearthed.com with your order details and we’ll take care of it.

3. My order arrived damaged — what do I do?
We’re so sorry to hear that. Please email us at hello@beearthed.com within 48 hours of receiving your parcel, including photos and a description of the issue. We’ll investigate and resolve it as quickly as possible.

4. How long will it take to get my refund (if applicable)?
If a refund is approved, you’ll receive it within 30 days via your original payment method. No extra fees, ever.

5. Why don’t you accept returns like other stores?
Our products are made fresh in small batches using natural ingredients. This means they’re more sensitive and can’t be resold — it's part of our commitment to conscious, clean, and safe wellness.

6. Can I exchange a product instead of a refund?
We don’t currently offer exchanges, but we’ll always do our best to resolve any issues. Just reach out to us and we’ll support you however we can.
