At Be Earthed, every product is made with intention — in small batches and often prepared to order using natural, sensitive ingredients. Because of this, we’re unable to accept returns once items have been opened or used.

Cancellation Window:
You are welcome to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase — no questions asked. Just drop us a message at hello@beearthed.com and we’ll take care of the rest.

Damaged or Faulty Items:
While we take great care to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition, if your item arrives damaged or you have any concerns about the quality, please email us at hello@beearthed.com within 48 hours of receiving it. Include a brief description and photos, and we’ll be happy to investigate and support you as best we can.
